Winemaking:
The whole process begins with the selection of the grapes to be vinified, followed by the grapes reception, the destemming, crushing and filling of the fermentation vats. Alcoholic fermentation begins with the application of selected yeasts, and runs for 5-6 days at about 26 ° C. Malolactic fermentation followed by a clean first pass. Finally the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled.
